The picture showed that some one moved the bomb farther from the embassy office after it was placed in a trash near the office, said Marciano. "The evidence at the CCTV strongly indicates that the bomb did not target the Indonesian embassy office,"he said. Marciano said that should the bomb be aimed at the Indonesian mission office, the bomb was not necessary to be moved, as its impact would be severer. The bomb was moved to about 15 meters from the previous position, he said. "The bomb did not hit Indonesian embassy office only, but the windows of the apartments located near the bombs were also damaged, "said Marciano. The intelligence chief said that the perpetrator of the explosion were terrorist in France. The police in French has provided security to the Indonesian embassy in Paris after the blast, he said. The bomb exploded at around 05:45 am local time, with wide damage being reported but there was no casualty. So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the incident. It is also unclear about the target of the attack. |
